Traditional shampoo isn't great for washing your hair and is even worse on your beard. The PH level tends to be unbalanced or too high and that is a big no-no for your beard. Wet hair and/or beard with warm water. Massage a small amount into facial hair and/or scalp to make a rich lather. Rinse thoroughly.
The hair wash is great, and I love the smell, the design of the bottle, how the bottle is metal, and the sample bottle conditioner also smells good, however I unfortunately dropped the sample bottle, and the top broke off, and when I tried to re-connect it, it wouldn’t for the fact that the plastic bit inside also broke on one side, I’d say maybe make that part metal. if I were to give any other critiques I’d say maybe let me control how much I can put in my hand to rub in my hair, It just doesn’t give you much per one pump, so I usually have to pump it like 4-ish times to get the desired amount, so, maybe make the springs looser, or maybe make the top longer so when you push down it’ll give more per pump? And my last personal small complaint is the weird liquid, it doesn’t rub well in my hair regardless of how wet my hair is, the usual white thick semi-solid-ish stuff you would usually see in other conditioners, it just works better. Overall I’d give this product a solid 8/10
