SCENT PROFILE - TAVERN BRUTE The strength of blue cypress and bourbon geranium notes are forged together with orange, bergamot mint, and black pepper to provide a woodsy, semi-fresh, subtly sweet aroma.
Late in the night, a horse with a barrel loaded cart comes to a halt in front of the local tavern. The brutish figure puts down his mace, picks up two hefty barrels, and goes inside. The barrels make a loud thump as he places them down. The tavern comes to an abrupt halt, then erupts into cheer. The rumors were true, The Guildhaven Drought has finally ended! He is known as the "Tavern Brute", the most famous of all barrel runners. Hired for the most dangerous routes, his size and strength means little will get in his way. Weary from the road, he sits down. The barkeep crafts him a bourbon and orange cocktail. As the brute sips from his mug, he reminisces of his home in the woods. The aroma of Cypress trees floods his memories as he can picture his cabin nestled in the woods.
Beard butter offers some great benefits when incorporated into your daily routine. Have a coarse, dry, and rough beard? Then beard butter is the ally you need to achieve a soft healthy beard.
Valorhood's beard butter is loaded with shea butter and mango butter which is great for nourishing and hydrating. And when added with coconut oil, apricot oil, and jojoba oil your beard is being pampered to perfection. Arrowroot Powder is added in to maintain a nice creamy texture and prevent our butter from being too oily.
An added bonus of beard butter is a light hold and styling capabilities. If we had to recommend one beard product, beard butter would be at the top of the list!
We recommend applying beard butter at least once a day. Applying beard butter twice a day may be more beneficial depending on the beard length, coarseness of the beard, and even time of season. Apply either in the morning after a shower or beard wash, while the hair is still slightly damp. Can also be applied in the evening to a dry beard to soothe and ease you through the night with a wonderful aroma.
Apply a small amount of beard butter to the palm of your hand. Rub hands together to soften and melt. Apply thoroughly into beard, working into both the skin and facial hair. Brush or comb and style to your liking.
Helpful Hint- Amount of butter needed will vary depending on beard length. Start with a small amount and slowly add more until desired style is achieved. Beard butter is great for all beard lengths and styles and is one of our favorite products at Valorhood!
